This Liqueur shows aromas of apricot, pear, toffee and nectarines, with subtle raisin Riesling flavours, warm spirit mouth feel with a lovely pear sweetness, finishing dry and clean.
Made from 100% Estate grown ripe Riesling grapes, picked as raisins at 17 Be`.The partially ferment neutral spirit (96% Vol) to stop the fermentation, leaving the wine with 6 Be` of sugar and 17.5% Alc. Ideal as an aperitif, it is also wonderful after dinner with rich fruit desserts, dried fruits, cheese and chocolate.
