Created from Chardonnay grapes grown at our McLaren Flat Estate, the Fleur bubbles is full of ripe melons and peachy stone fruit characters. The lively palate is perhaps best described as being at the ‘sweeter end of dry’, making the Fleur a very pleasing style of bubbles to a very broad range of wine lovers’ palates. Created with easy drinking in mind, it’s perfect by itself, though will match well with a huge range of foods, be they spicy, savoury or sweet.
